This application is a dialer, which can make long-distance phone calls or calls to 900 and 976 phone numbers without alerting the computer user. This can result in the user paying a lot of money without them knowing they are building up a hefty bill. The dialer will only function if your PC is connected to a phone line via a standard modem (e.g. 56K dial-up) or possibly via ADSL with more sophisticated dialers. This is a very high-risk application, and must be removed immediately.
